“I have never ordered from Strella’s Sweets before. Where do I begin? ”

The best thing for you to do is to take some time and browse our website. Once you have a general idea of the product that will fit your celebration, visit our “Contact Us” page.  Feel free to fill out the form online or email us at strellassweets@gmail.com.

“How far in advance do I need to place an order or an order inquiry?”

Regular orders placed online require a minimum of 2 weeks’ processing time. If you are requesting information for a specific date the earlier the better as once our books are full, we close them!

**For specialty orders such as weddings, large events, or corporate gifts, please contact us for timing and details.

“Can I mix & match flavors?”

We can accommodate one flavor per dozen.

“How do I pay for a custom order?”

All orders must be placed online. For special orders, please contact us for more information. Your order is not considered "confirmed" until a 50% deposit is received. The remaining 50% is due 1 week before the pick up date.

“How do I store my cake pops?”

How do you like your pops?! Our house is divided, some like them room temperature and some like them chilled! We like to go by the “1, 2, 3 Rule”

  • 1 week at room temperature

  • 2 weeks in the fridge

  • 3 months in the freezer

“What if I need to cancel my order?”

The initial 50% deposit is non refundable. The remaining 50% will be refunded on a case by case basis when necessary, but not guaranteed. 72 hours of notice are required to cancel an order. Failure to cancel within this time frame ensures that the customer may not receive the remaining 50%.

“Is your kitchen allergen free?”

Our cake pops are made in a kitchen on shared equipment that may contain soy, nuts, wheat & dairy.
